Video Description:
I stumbled on a stunning disconnect between the major media version of election coverage and candidate appearance trends on the internet. The Mainstream Media seems to have largely ignored something major on the web.
This version corrects a minor error in the first version. Note: This video has attracted a lot of attention from hater-trolls so I may block anyone that comes here to make trouble. All respectful and intelligent discussion is welcome.

i think u've jumped to conclusions in some areas, and that ur bias for Ron Paul is equal to the medias for Obama.
I do agree with some of what u have to say, but I'm sceptical about a lotof it.

I understand what you are saying, but unfortunately the media will always remain bias. The most unbiased news station I know is Fox News. At time they are not always fair and balanced, but its the best we have right now.

Actually, I do not support McCain any more than I support Obama, they are both sold out whores and I'm glad McCain didn't get elected. And I am completely disillusioned with the vast majority of American voters who allowed themselves to be so deceived by the duopoly's campaign that Obama did get elected. What faces us now is the same old bull that would have faced us under McCain, too -- the NWO. It's not a secret any longer and if you do not realize that you have been living in a vacuum.

Did i say anything about that because people don't like Sarah Palin, that they wouldn't like Ron Paul. No. I said that the amount of youtube videos, one person would have doesn't make them a better candidate. Your arguement is based on this HUGE assumption. If you had said something like 1 in 5 people before the media out break on Barack, said they would vote for Ron Paul, while 1 in 20 would vote for Barack. Then you would have a case

Amazing how all the hater-bots come out of the woodwork when they see a video that exposes the truth. Funny thing is, they call Ron Paul supporters "conspiracy theorists" or "obsessed robots" etc. but they are the ones spending all day on the net obsessively writing hateful messages about how much we are obsessed, not to mention coming up with conspiracy theories about how RP supporters are faking things! MacabreTurtle, if you had watched past the first minute, you would see that didn't use only YouTube as the basis for his conclusion. Google Trends showed a huge disconnect between the amount of web searches for Ron Paul and the media coverage he received. This phenomenon is not observed for any other candidate. And as to your "point", even if there was widespread hatred for Ron Paul, wouldn't the news media acknowledge this as well, and not cover it up? You aren't making sense.

If I watched past the first minute, I would know what the conclusion even is. If the conclusion is simply that the media isn't showing as much coverage as what people search for on the internet, then... so what? You can't call that a cover up or lying. They're going to show what they want to show and that's how it should be. I don't see how I'm not making sense. The video was on whilst typing those messages and I heard him basically saying that the amount of media coverage is correlated with there popularity. This may be true, but I still don't consider this to be anybody lying. I consider this to be the networks showing who they like, and the American people being lazy and not doing there own research.

Ok, why is Ron Paul the only candidate whose media graph doesn't follow his search hits? You are right in that the networks are "showing who they like", but many of the American people, the ones who aren't "lazy", WERE doing their own research. That's what is shown by a large amount of Google search hits on Ron Paul. Even though the media refused to cover him, he was popular on the Internet anyways. The disconnect in net popularity and media coverage does not exist for any other candidate.

The major media is lying by claiming to be "The Most Trusted Name In News" or "Fair And Balanced" while in reality they are anything but. I can understand if you like the things they cover and don't think they should cover Ron Paul or the very real freedom movement, but not all Americans think like you do and they are being left out in the cold. When we see the mainstream media blatantly ignoring or attacking Ron Paul while propping up their favorite candidate, we get angry. Know what I mean?

Undoubtedly Ron Paul should be the President. He is without any shadow of a doubt the only real politician in the world today that understand the concept for the people by the people. Im a UK resident and I wish we had such a politicians, No, what we have are cowards and traitors. harsh words I know, but that's the reality. perhaps the next time around the Ron Paul surge helped by the people will demand coverage.
