DjJusBgun, are you lazy? Installing new hdd is easy. I'd rather spend about $120-$150 for a good 8mb cache hdd with at least 320-400gb space for my ps3 than buy the gay 120gb for $150-180 hdd for my 360(I'm on my 4th 360 unit due to red rings while the ps3 is still the 1st unit). This installation takes about 10 mins to complete and 3 mins to turn on and format the new drive. Wow...13 mins of my life, oh no...pft please, you should go cry to your mom so she can buy your gay 360 hdd for you.

Thank you so much...I replaced my PS3 completely with this harddrive. But, does it matter what brand of HDD you get? And don't you need an external USB HDD because that's what this one guy told me?

True, but for the price of a 120 gig 360 drive you can get a 320 gig drive for the ps3, or get a 120 gigs for the ps3 cheaper than the xbox one.

the exact specs required are: 2.5 inch Serial ATA (SATA). 5400 rpm. internal drive. to save the trophies you have to go to the game section in the cross media bar, go to trophies and press triangle, and there will be an option that says " Sync with Server"
You can get a 320 gig drive from amazon.

Cool, that's a relief. I checked my hard drives in my computer and they all seem to be from Western Digital. They've never failed me before so I guess I'll stick with that one.

That's stored in the PS3 memory, so if you have a new hard drive you don't have to change your account name and password.
