You are very much in te wrong. You are right in that Scotland, N. Ireland and Wales have their own governments, but they are assembly governments, and in practice all power still virtually runs through London. The assembly governments are power that has been given to Scotland N.Ireland and Wales by the main government in London, power which, at any time they deem necessary, can take back. They therefore share much more than currency, in common practice they also still share a government.
