Yes, the curtain dress is funny - but perhaps there is a taste of realism in here. My grandfather told me during the depression, people actually did make dresses out of drapes. Otherwise - of course, love Carol Burnett. This spoof is great.

OMG, It's been years since I've seen this skit. Talk about LMAO! Being a big fan of Gone With the Wind makes the scene of seeing Carol come down those stairs with the curtain rod still attached is priceless!! I feel bad for those who don't get the skit. Perhaps if they read the book or watched the movie "Gone With the Wind" they could relate and see how genius the writing and acting truly was/is.
