Why pay 3 times as much for the same shitty merchandise that you can get at Wal Mart for dirt cheap? People are acting like sweat shops are such a new concept. Pretty much every major clothing line and shoe line has been using sweat shops and child labor, it sucks yes, but Wal Mart did not start this trend. I actually prefer Target, but I'm sure Target doesn't have perfect business practices either.
Your videos are really good, by the way.
My husband works at Wal-Mart, and I only hope he isn't forced to be employed there much longer; on the money he makes we can't afford bills let alone healthcare...
but...
That level of evil is pretty much an industry standard you'll experience at any big box store...or any retail environment whatsoever.
Wal mart is on top, and that makes it an easy target...despite Target's literal image of being a target.
Basically, it's the job of business to be scum sucking bastards, and be regulated a heart by government. Want Change? Call your Senator, and shop wherever.
My sister works at walmart part time and she has health insurance (after 2 years). Name another co. that offers it to part timers. She has a serious heart condition and can't work full time - so even though their chinese made crap doggie treats made our dog pee green for a week and Target has better styles, I count walmart to be an overall positive thing.
